You will receive image files of 250 dpi, at resolutions of 300x300 pixels for each animated emote.Price for predrawn emotes: 30$ for emotes I have drawn. 40$ for emotes of another artist (Must have original artist permission to animate before commission)Please note I do not offer frame by frame animation except for pixel animations

Terms of Service
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
I do not give exact deadlines for artwork. I have serious health issues that make it difficult to promise to work at a specific pace. I do commissions based on a queue, you will be given your place in the queue. and you will be notified when you are next in queue, and when your commission has started. Once started you will be sent work-in-progress pictures of, the sketch, linework, color palette, then final shading/render. The files of your artwork will either be sent via email or Discord.
Queues are determined in batches. I only work in small 1 month batches at a time to prevent long delivery times for clients. I will not take more clients than what I believe I can physically handle in a month. Please note due to health issues it might take longer than a month to complete. But I will not take on new clients until batch is complete.
Upgrades:
•Commercial License: 45$ fee per artwork: One-time lifetime license to print on merchandise including but not limited to shirts, hoodies, stickers, shirts, etc.
•Merchandise/Printing Quality: 25$: Upgrade from 250 dpi to 650 dpi | Size upgrade from 300x300 pixels to 1000x1000 (unless otherwise specified)
•Time rush: 30% of total commission: Push to next of queue for faster commission: If needed by a certain day please let me know.Conditions:
1. Commercial License: This gives you permission to turn one commission art piece you purchase from me to be turned into your own merchandise (examples: hoodies, mugs, shirts, stickers). Please note, if you want to make a design a suitable resolution for merchandise, please purchase the " Merch Printing Quality Upgrade" This license is a lifetime commercial license. I still own the copyrights to this item. I may use your items to advertise as I wish. I may stream making my commission unless expressed BEFORE the commission if you wish for it to remain private. You may not use any of my artwork to express hate, prejudice, or acts of racism against any minority, race, or group of people or persons. You may not use my artwork to hurt, harm, or belittle anyone. You may not use my art to promote any illegal or immoral act. I can refuse you the rights to use my art at any time for any reason. I hold the right to invalidate your commercial license, and you must stop the use of sales of any of my items or public post of my artwork on any social media. Must own a commercial license for each artwork before making merchandise. Making merchandise without a license can result in a copyright strike on your channel from me.
2. Merchandise/printing Quality: This must be purchased prior to the start of your commission. Purchasing this after may require you to pay part or full amount of the previous commission depending on how far along I am. If I am completely finished, you must purchase a new commission. Also please note what printing/merchandise store this will be used for before the commission starts, as different companies require different quality, dpi, and pixel sizes. If you need a specific size let me know before the commission starts. If you need merchandise quality after the commission has been finished. I might need to redo the entire commission and you will have to repurchase. Must own a commercial license for each artwork before making merchandise. Making merchandise without a license can result in a copyright strike on your channel from me. If you make merchandise without buying the "Merch/printing quality upgrade" I am not responsible in the quality of the artwork on merchandise. Artworks not specifically made for merchandise do not have the proper resolution to be merchandise of any kind. Resizing through other programs may result in huge loss of quality and resolution.
3. Copyright: I hold all copyrights to all arts and commissions made by me. I understand Twitch/YouTube emotes and artworks are used publicly and for streaming purposes and videos.
4. Refusal: I hold the right to refuse any commission or stop a commission at any time. If I stop a commission a full refund will be issued.Terms:
Art Changes. There are unlimited amount of art changes as long as the original concept or idea/emotion of artwork doesn't fully change. Changes that are not allowed are including but not limited to complete hair changes, complete pose/expression changes, and similar changes. Small changes like color, slight pose changes, and resizing of certain parts and similar changes are allowed.Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
1. A refund is requested before starting the commission you will receive 100% of the commission back.
If requested after the sketch is completed, only 80% of the commission will be refunded.
If requested after line art only 70% of the commission will be refunded.
If requested after coloring/shading has been completed 0-50% of the commission might be refunded based on how far along the commission is.
Remember you are not only paying for a final product but labor as well.2. If I choose to no longer work with you a full refund will be processed. If I decide to no longer work with you due to rude or disrespectful behavior, you will be blacklisted, and potentially the behavior might be shown on social media to warn other artists to not work with you as well.3. If the commission is taking too long to start and you would like to request a different artist for your artwork, or no longer want the commission, before the commission has started, a full refund may be issued.4. Chargebacks will result in you being blacklisted, potentially your name will be shown publicly to other people on twitch and Twitter so other artists know to avoid you as well.
